Part Replacement Warranty for Up to 2 Years

A part replacement warranty for up to 2 years means that we will continue to support our customers even after the initial 90-day warranty period has ended. If any part of the bed frame fails within 2 years of the purchase date due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will provide replacement parts to our customers at no additional cost. This helps to ensure that our customers can continue to enjoy their bed frames for years to come.

Limitations and Exclusions

It’s important to note that these warranties do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper assembly. Please note that these warranties apply exclusively to the bed frames and not to the mattresses, unless explicitly stated next to the mattress name.

Warranty Claims
